FEES AND SERVICES

DealerWerx Membership is $9.98 plus applicable taxes. Fees are applied for postings and enhancement features. You can view our fees . If the service you use charges a fee, you will be able to review and accept that charge. Our fees are quoted in Canadian Dollars, and we may change them from time to time. We will notify you of changes to our fee policy by posting such changes on the site. All fees are subject to applicable taxes. We may choose to temporarily change our fees for promotional events or new services; these changes are effective when we announce the promotional event or new service. Our fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for paying them. If you don't, we may limit your ability to use the services. If your payment method fails or your account is past due, we may collect fees owed using other collection mechanisms.

Monthly subscription renew automatically unless cancel before renewal anniversary(if renewal date occurs on day not in that month, renewal date will be last day of that month. Example if renewal is 31st and current month only goes to 30 then renewal date will be 30th). Annual Subscriptions will renew automatically unless canceled prior to anniversary date. All items purchased from DealerWerx are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
