Mark as garage sale ?box mark sale add data field to filter all items in   Client file location 
Add data field that has date of garage sale 
This would allow any user to see on the map selected items for that location along with the date of the garage sale
Users could pre purchase items before sale and sellers could repost new dates
Items will need to have a ?box marked sold when paid for
Safezone membership is required for this opportunity for both seller and buyer 
A charge will be applied for each date submitted by seller 
Finance will be available to the buyer with VTB ?check box a form for review and approval will be made available 
Seller will accept or decline at there discretion based on information provided by Dealerwerx financial 
Documents will be provided with options by Dealerwerx financial
